Do you ever have those moments when something you've been aware of for awhile just hits you. I mean, you know, but then it hits you and you're like "Oh Crap!!"

Yeah, it just hit me that in exactly one week i will be going home. Saturday the 5th of May i will officially done with Spring Semester '07 and heading home for the week! (Notice, i didn't say summer. I still have Mayterm to contend with, but that should be simply amazing.)

This semester has had it's awful moments.

But it's also had it's awesome moments.

Overall, i'm pretty glad i'm here. I miss people from last year, and i miss people from elsewhere, but it feels so good to be finishing off this semester on a good note (Well, i hope it stays good..) With pretty good grades and a lot going for me.

There are so many things that i think of saying every time i attempt a real update, but i never really get around to saying them, i just sort of ramble about what's on my mind.

I miss Nicholette, a lot of days. She's one of my favorite things about Houghton (and i know you're reading this hon, i hope you know how much i value your friendship. And all the crazy laughing and dumb things we do.) I'm really glad she's coming back in the fall! Yay for good friends!

Sarah has also been pretty amazing for me these past few weeks since she got back from student teaching. Good times, girls nights, and lots of hot cocoa to keep the both of us sane at Houghton. And she's graduating in two weeks, which is so crazy. She's gonna be an amazing teacher...

Since i'm rambling about people who have been amazing this semester, i'd like to throw in Leah. Wife <3 I can barely survive a weekend without her, how am i going to handle Mayterm while she's in West Seneca and then *gasp* the summer. There will have to be some visiting going on, because i will just miss her that much. And our random trips to Lattice to drink Bop and eat cookies... And stealing stuff from Subway....

The other person that has made my semester doesn't even go here. He's so far away, NC, in fact. Yeah, you know who i'm talking about if you know me well. I could ramble and stuff, but i don't want to run the risk of making him all "warm and gushy inside" He knows how i feel. And that's really all that matters, right?

Of course, you, dear reader... You may ask questions if you'd like to know about "him". I don't promise to answer, but i may. You never know.
